I highly recommend Mario Acosta. Professional and an all around nice guy as well. Right from the start he guided me step by step through the process of selling my house, giving me great advice on what I should and shouldn't do to get the maximum results. When the house was ready, he priced it perfectly, creating an overwhelming response: over 50 people attended the open house! His strategy garnered 18 solid offers from which I was able to choose a primary and multiple secondary offers, all way over the list price. In the end the house sold for $41,000 over list and we closed on the sale in a little over two weeks from the date the house was listed.
